investiture ended last wednesday. seems like im 1 of the slowest to blog about invest. nvm. been taking time off to rest. after 1 year of hard work as a councillor, finally there is really enough time for me to rest well.
a year ago, we were invested on 12/7/06.
last wed, we pass out on 18/07/07
my journey as a councillor has ended. its a journey filled with laughter and work
the experience is something so rare that i dun wan to step down. i have grown attached to council work so much. well surely stepping down as a councillor will mean more time for myself now. no longer my wed n fri will be occupied. im free to study already. and it also meant that my shoulder is now more at ease. a heavy load off:)
no longer i have the council room to use. we all felt lost when we gave the council room away. we used to sit outside the council room in the morning to slack around. its probably one of the quietest place in sch. everytime for pe, i will always put my stuff inside. now? i have to carry around. kind of hard to adjust initially. guess i have to settle down fast:)
well in council, the frens made are so special. the jokes, laughter and everything are just some of the things that make life more enjoyable and fun. i think those are what i will really miss alot.
